about this policy

Atlas is a product of Bella App Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). Atlas is a beauty-review community where you can rate products, write reviews, and connect with other members. This policy explains what personal information Atlas collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

what we collect

• Account details: your phone number (used to verify you at sign-up), the name and birthday you give us during onboarding, the city or region you tell us you are in, and a profile photo if you upload one.
• Beauty profile: the answers you give to the beauty-profile questions (skin type, skin tone, eye colour, hair type, age range, concerns), along with the visibility setting you choose for each one.
• Posts and reviews: the text, product tags, brand mentions, and photos you publish, plus your reactions, comments, bookmarks, and saved products.
• Technical data: basic device information, app version, and crash reports needed to keep the app stable.
• Analytics: anonymous usage events that help us understand which features people use and where they get stuck.

why we collect it

• To create and operate your Atlas account.
• To show your posts, comments, and beauty profile to other Atlas members in the way you have asked us to (your visibility toggles control this).
• To verify you are the person signing in (we send a one-time code to your phone).
• To improve the product and fix bugs.

where it is stored

Your data is stored on secure servers operated by Bella App Pty Ltd or our infrastructure providers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

who can see it

• Other Atlas members can see your public profile, your posts and comments, your reactions and ratings, and any beauty-profile fields you have set to public.
• Service providers (for example, our hosting, analytics, and crash-reporting providers) process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
• We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect Atlas, our members, or the public.

your rights

• You can delete your account and all associated content from inside the app (profile → log out / delete account). Deletion is permanent.
• You can edit or remove individual posts and reviews from inside the app.
• You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by emailing us.
• You can withdraw consent to non-essential analytics by emailing us.

age requirement

Atlas is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, please contact us and we will remove the account.

changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you inside the app or by another reasonable means before the change takes effect.
